I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, highlighted by the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff and the clean, comfortable rooms. The location was absolutely fantastic, especially for exploring NYC, with key attractions within walking distance. I enjoyed quick service from maintenance whenever an issue arose, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. However, the dining options could get a bit repetitive over an extended stay, and the room size was smaller than I expected.
I had a lovely stay overall! The hotel really nailed it on cleanliness and the comfort of the rooms, which gave me a good night's sleep after exploring the city. The location made it convenient to visit all the attractions. However, the service experience could have been better, especially during peak times. Also, while the breakfast buffet was delicious, I found it a bit crowded during certain hours.
